Tamarack Grill & Pub

A modern American bistro offering contemporary regional cuisine, the Tamarack Grill opens to the public on December 14th. The Tamarack Grill, located on the third floor of the Sherburne Base Lodge, will offer entrees between $15.95 and $19.95. The Tamarack Grill will serve up one of the Northeast Kingdom’s most extensive wine lists, described by executive chef, Steve Grimes, as "… fun, but approachable…". The adjacent pub will have an extensive variety of distinctive Vermont brews on tap, including its own ale, Bear Den Ale, brewed by the Trout River Brewing Company, of Lyndonville.

Chef Inspired Cruisine
The pub will be open starting at 4 p.m. and dinner will be from 5 to the final seating at 9:30 p.m.; the restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In the pub, lighter fare and cocktails will be served.

Willy's will be making all its own desserts, including ice cream, all its own baked goods, and all its own pasta, including house-made ravioli.

The cuisine focuses on his own German heritage, though will be infused with many cultures, with a Bavarian and French twist informed by dishes from Thailand, Vietnam and Nouveau Contemporary. The menu changes seasonally.
