Cost: FREE. NorthWoods Stewardship Center will host a winter tracking presentation appropriate for the whole family. Participants will gain a new perspective on Vermont’s resident winter animals, their habitat and behaviors, and tips and techniques for spotting their tracks and signs in the winter environment. Tracking is more than just identifying prints! Trackers must learn to think and act like the animal they are following. After an indoor presentation, join NorthWoods for an optional outdoor walk from the Library where we’ll practice some tracking of our own.
Location: Cobleigh Public Library 14 Depot St. Lyndonville, VT
