Arguably one of the most entertaining and talented fiddlers from the Celtic world, Richard Wood has impressed audiences all across Canada, the US, Europe, and Japan. Highlights include TV appearances with Shania Twain on “David Letterman” and “Good Morning America,” and Carnegie Hall with Irish legends The Chieftains. He’s played at Lincoln Center, Epcot, and was a featured performer in the touring fiddle spectacle “Bowfire.” As accompanist and vocalist with Richard Wood, Gordon Belsher has toured extensively across Canada, the US, the UK, and Europe. Their performance combines the best of jigs, reels, and strathspeys with Richard’s own compositions.
