A Talk about Fisheries

<p>Chris Thompson is the Hatchery Manager at the Bald Hill Fish Hatchery in Newark, which is operated by the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife. He will be speaking about why we need fish hatcheries, the kinds of fish grown there, and the fish stocking programs in the Northeast Kingdom. The Hatchery is located within the Bald Hill Wildlife Management Area, a 932 acre tract of wildlife rich land just up the street in Newark and Westmore!</p>
