$10. Dr. Paul Spitzer, professional ecologist and naturalist, will share Lessons from the Osprey, from 5:30-6:30pm in the NorthWoods Lodge. Dr. Spitzer has conducted research in Mexico, Belize, New Zealand, India, and the Atlantic coast, focusing on Osprey and other tropical migrant birds. We’ll learn about his discoveries and then make our own, on a guided paddle of the Clyde River wetlands, departing from the NorthWoods dock. All levels of experience welcome on this flat water tour. Bring a small pack with an extra layer or two, snacks/water, and a headlamp for the return journey.
