14th Annual NEKYS Walk

October 14, 2017  |   9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Plans are underway for our Northeast Kingdom Youth Services (NEKYS) 14th Annual Walk for Homeless Youth and Young Adults on October 14th 2017. NEKYS’ Housing Program addresses the complex needs of homeless young adults in our area. NEKYS is dedicated to raising awareness of the impact of homelessness in our community. Through our program, homeless young adults receive support services, which include safe and stable housing, education, employment, and physical and emotional well-being.

Will you consider forming a walking team, soliciting contributions or volunteering at the event to sustain our work?

The Walk will be held at the United Community Church on 1325 Main Street, Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. Registration begins at 9:00 am and the WALK kicks off at 10:00 am.

Every minute of volunteered time and every dollar raised at the Walk goes to support our mission.

Your support will help youth and young adults connect to needed services and become, just like us, independent citizens contributing to the well-being of the community.
