Catamount Arts Bluegrass Night - Beg, Steal or Borrow

November 10, 2018  |   7:00 PM

 Admission: Free (Donations accepted)

As always, Catamount Arts Bluegrass Night will be hosted by Vermont's favorite bluegrass band, Bob Amos & Catamount Crossing. This month's special guests will be Beg, Steal or Borrow.

Beg, Steal or Borrow was formed in 2013 and since their debut replicating the influential self-titled Old and in the Way album before an enthusiastic crowd at Higher Ground in Burlington, VT, the group has toured from Maine to Bermuda. The band is comprised of veteran musicians residing throughout northern Vermont and New Hampshire with members having collaborated with the likes of J.D. Hutchison, Tim O’brien, Bryan Bowers, Danny Knicely, Bill Frisell and Yonder Mountain String Band. Beg, Steal or Borrow was the winner of the 2017 Podunk Bluegrass Festival band competition as well as Fan Favorite. Now broadening their repertoire to feature original songs and instrumentals, the band has been featured at Greyfox, the Ossipee Valley Music Festival and numerous other regional venues.
