A yoga philosophy lecture with Ashley Warwick, E-RYT, hosted by Karri Willy at Willy's Restaurant and Catering, East Burke, VT.
In this 2 hour lecture and discussion, Northern Vermont University- Lyndon instructor, Ashley Warwick, E-RYT, will discuss the Hindu concept of the Five Kleshas or obstacles to our contentment. Guests will work to understand their self-imposed limitations and explore methods to remove barriers along the Dharmic path. This lecture includes time for discussion as well as clarifying breathwork and a semi-guided meditation. Dress comfortably. Chairs provided; option to bring a meditation cushion or blanket to sit on instead. Bring a journal and pen as well.
