ShoeFly Trail Explore Series

The $75 registration fee is for the series. If you’re visiting the area or only in town for one Swarm (that’s what we call our gatherings), we offer a one time only option for $45 (which will include a T if our supply isn’t already exhausted). 

 

The 2019 ShoeFly Trail Exploring Series takes place in beautiful Northern VT/NH. Nestled between Vermont’s Green Mountains and New Hampshire’s Whites, and close to the intersection of Vermont’s I-91 and New Hampshire’s I-93, you’ll find some of the best trails on the East.

Come join us for our 3rd year! The Monthly Series takes place during May, June, July, August 2019. Don’t miss one of the most exciting trail exploring experiences this part of Vermont & New Hampshire has ever known!

Escape the Pavement! Enjoy the Dirt! Roam the Forest! Chow down after each outing with friends and family… then return the next month for more!

The ShoeFly Series features monthly trail exploring (run, walk, hike, explore) for all ages and abilities, and for the just-for-fun to the most competitive crowd.

Circus Smirkus Big Top Tour!

Tickets for "Circus Smirkus presents Carnival" will be on sale beginning May 1st.
Ladies and Gentlemen, girls and boys! Step right up because the Circus is in town - and this year, our theme is the great American Carnival! In a fast-moving world, our show is inspired by the elegance of the carousel ride, the thrill of the roller coaster, and games of chance and skill that have long inspired young and old alike! You’ll see our troupers run for their lives through the haunted mansion, try their luck at the ring toss, balance their way through the house of fun, and discover romance in the tunnel of love! Circus Smirkus’ 2019 show Carnival is coming to town; step right up and join in the fun!

This year's Troupe is comprised of 30 hardworking and talented teenagers ages 11-18 who come from Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Canada.

Circus Smirkus is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization whose mission is to promote the skills, culture and traditions of the traveling circus, inspiring youth to engage in life-changing adventures in the circus arts. Tickets revenue from these events goes back into developing circus programming for The Big Top Tour, Smirkus Camp, & Ringmaster Residency programs.

KT Kids Rides
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM





 

This is a guided ride on the Kingdom Trails network for kids from ages 8-14. Your child must arrive equipped with a safely functioning bike that has at least 6 gear options, and hand brakes. As well as proper attire, a bike helmet, water and nutrition that they can carry themselves.
Parents are welcome to join the fun, but it is not necessary, unless your child needs one on one attention or there is a question as to whether they may be able to stay with the group.
Participation is free for Kingdom Trails members and $5 for non- KT members.
Ride locations will vary weekly (on the KT Network and the Burke Mountain Bike Park) and each monthly schedule is posted on the KT Kids Ride Facebook page and through email. Drop off and pick up locations vary week to week.
The ride may be cancelled due to wet conditions or forecasted rain/lightening. That will be posted by noon of the day of the ride, once again by Facebook and email.

TourX New England





 Join us for what will be the most epic cycling adventure you have yet to experience! TourXNewEnland is a 6 day test of physical fitness, bicycle prowess, and adventure through some of the most beautiful and iconic parts of New England, finishing just south of the Canadian border in Vermont.

 

The ride will start at the center of the Litchfield Hills in CT. From there on the first day you will follow along both dirt and paved roads through Northwest, CT finishing in Great Barrington, MA. The next day you will awake to venture out to the Brattleboro, VT area where along the way you will be riding portions of the famous (and famously challenging) D2R2. On the third day you head straight north to beautiful and “quintessentially Vermont” Woodstock and the final day of the point-to-point portion of the ride you will depart Woodstock to finish in East Burke, VT.

Lyndon Farmers' Market

KT Kids Rides

This is a guided ride on the Kingdom Trails network for kids from ages 8-14. Your child must arrive equipped with a safely functioning bike that has at least 6 gear options, and hand brakes. As well as proper attire, a bike helmet, water and nutrition that they can carry themselves.
Parents are welcome to join the fun, but it is not necessary, unless your child needs one on one attention or there is a question as to whether they may be able to stay with the group.
Participation is free for Kingdom Trails members and $5 for non- KT members.
Ride locations will vary weekly (on the KT Network and the Burke Mountain Bike Park) and each monthly schedule is posted on the KT Kids Ride Facebook page and through email. Drop off and pick up locations vary week to week.
The ride may be cancelled due to wet conditions or forecasted rain/lightening. That will be posted by noon of the day of the ride, once again by Facebook and email.

This in turn references the balance between the masculine aspects (active, hot, sun) with the feminine aspects(receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha yoga draws inspiration from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. This style of yoga joins asanas (physical postures) with pranayama (breath), creating an internal flow for the practice. These classes work on balancing strength and flexibility in our physical bodies while also drawing our attention to our breath in order to help us still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. KT Kids Rides

This is a guided ride on the Kingdom Trails network for kids from ages 8-14. Your child must arrive equipped with a safely functioning bike that has at least 6 gear options, and hand brakes. As well as proper attire, a bike helmet, water and nutrition that they can carry themselves.
Parents are welcome to join the fun, but it is not necessary, unless your child needs one on one attention or there is a question as to whether they may be able to stay with the group.
Participation is free for Kingdom Trails members and $5 for non- KT members.
Ride locations will vary weekly (on the KT Network and the Burke Mountain Bike Park) and each monthly schedule is posted on the KT Kids Ride Facebook page and through email. Drop off and pick up locations vary week to week.
The ride may be cancelled due to wet conditions or forecasted rain/lightening. That will be posted by noon of the day of the ride, once again by Facebook and email.

Nunavut: An Arctic Shorebird Study

 Eloise Girard studied applied ecology in Quebec and has 10 years of field experience working with Ducks Unlimited, the Canadian Wildlife Service and different universities. In 2013 she was hired as a contractor for the Canadian Wildlife Service and spent 2 months taking part in a long term study on shorebirds in Nunavut, the Canadian Arctic. She will share her experience living in a remote camp and also address elements that are impacting the shorebird population in the region.

 Join us at XIP Training Systems, in the heart of Lyndonville for Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Classes. The word Hatha means willful or forceful and can be translated as "ha" – sun, and "tha" – moon. This in turn references the balance between the masculine aspects (active, hot, sun) with the feminine aspects(receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha yoga draws inspiration from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. This style of yoga joins asanas (physical postures) with pranayama (breath), creating an internal flow for the practice. These classes work on balancing strength and flexibility in our physical bodies while also drawing our attention to our breath in order to help us still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Not sure what to expect from a class? Our Hatha Yoga classes are all levels classes lasting for 75 minutes. Bring a mat or use one of ours. KT Kids Rides

This is a guided ride on the Kingdom Trails network for kids from ages 8-14. Your child must arrive equipped with a safely functioning bike that has at least 6 gear options, and hand brakes. As well as proper attire, a bike helmet, water and nutrition that they can carry themselves.
Parents are welcome to join the fun, but it is not necessary, unless your child needs one on one attention or there is a question as to whether they may be able to stay with the group.
Participation is free for Kingdom Trails members and $5 for non- KT members.
Ride locations will vary weekly (on the KT Network and the Burke Mountain Bike Park) and each monthly schedule is posted on the KT Kids Ride Facebook page and through email. Drop off and pick up locations vary week to week.
The ride may be cancelled due to wet conditions or forecasted rain/lightening. That will be posted by noon of the day of the ride, once again by Facebook and email.

 Join us at XIP Training Systems, in the heart of Lyndonville for Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Classes. The word Hatha means willful or forceful and can be translated as "ha" – sun, and "tha" – moon. This in turn references the balance between the masculine aspects (active, hot, sun) with the feminine aspects(receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha yoga draws inspiration from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. This style of yoga joins asanas (physical postures) with pranayama (breath), creating an internal flow for the practice. These classes work on balancing strength and flexibility in our physical bodies while also drawing our attention to our breath in order to help us still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Momentum Mountain Bike Sleep Away Camp: Grades 9 - 12





 Our goal in this camp is to create an experience that goes beyond just having a good time on two wheels (however that is hugely important!). We went to create a camp that will leave children feeling more confident, empowered, knowledgeable and independent.

KT Kids Rides

This is a guided ride on the Kingdom Trails network for kids from ages 8-14. Your child must arrive equipped with a safely functioning bike that has at least 6 gear options, and hand brakes. As well as proper attire, a bike helmet, water and nutrition that they can carry themselves.
Parents are welcome to join the fun, but it is not necessary, unless your child needs one on one attention or there is a question as to whether they may be able to stay with the group.
Participation is free for Kingdom Trails members and $5 for non- KT members.
Ride locations will vary weekly (on the KT Network and the Burke Mountain Bike Park) and each monthly schedule is posted on the KT Kids Ride Facebook page and through email. Drop off and pick up locations vary week to week.
The ride may be cancelled due to wet conditions or forecasted rain/lightening. That will be posted by noon of the day of the ride, once again by Facebook and email.

 Join us at XIP Training Systems, in the heart of Lyndonville for Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Classes. The word Hatha means willful or forceful and can be translated as "ha" – sun, and "tha" – moon. This in turn references the balance between the masculine aspects (active, hot, sun) with the feminine aspects(receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha yoga draws inspiration from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. This style of yoga joins asanas (physical postures) with pranayama (breath), creating an internal flow for the practice. These classes work on balancing strength and flexibility in our physical bodies while also drawing our attention to our breath in order to help us still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Not sure what to expect from a class? Our Hatha Yoga classes are all levels classes lasting for 75 minutes. Bring a mat or use one of ours.
