Innkeepers Jim and Mary O'Reilly purchased this stunning hillside property - originally consisting of an old farm house, tree lined pastures, and barns - in 1984, and began creating what is now the most wonderful vacation sanctuary in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, The Wildflower Inn.
The Inn's village-like resort is located on 300 pristine acres in Lyndonville, nestled in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. It has grown to include the trailside location of Lyndonville's Village Sport Shop and is the host for Kingdom Experiences Bike Camps and Excursions. In the winter you will find Kingdom Trails Nordic Center in the Yurt! In the summer grab a mid bike meal at our Trailside Taqueria.
Start your day with a full country breakfast included in your stay and then head off for a bike, hike, or swim before returning to a complimentary afternoon snack of homemade chocolate chip cookies or a cocktail in our SpokeEasy Lounge and then dinner at our on site restaurant, Juniper's.
With Kingdom Experiences, Village Sport Shop Trailside, and King Trails Nordic Center on our property we are a mountain and fat bikers heaven.
With four seasons of fun including biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, a skating rink, sledding hill, pool, summer taco stand, and direct access to the Kingdom and VAST trail networks, you'll find something for everyone!
