The Hibernator

October 19, 2019  |   7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

In the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont lies the greatest gravel, class IV roads and double track in New England. The Hibernator is offering a fully supported gravel cross adventure challenge with two amazing marked routes combining gravel, class IV, farm fields, & unmaintained doubletrack access roads.

Each course will feature both uphill & downhill enduro sections and would be lying if we weren't trying to pack as much elevation & challenge into our course as possible, loaded with the most amazing views. Race it, ride it, and have a blast with it! Well suited for either a gravel/cross rig with 40+ tires, however, the mountain bike will have the upper hand on 20% of the course.

The 100k+ course will cover approximately 9,000' of elevation and will surely challenge you both mentally & physically. The 50k course will follow the same start as the 100k course and split off at some point, which will feature nearly 4,000' elevation & spectacular views.

Each participant receives a delicious post-ride seasonal meal, homemade pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and celebratory beer at our post-ride party. A stylish Hibernator beanie will also be included with your registration that you may find functional for after the ride.
