Kingdom MTB Camps

Kingdom Camps is a fun, skill-oriented mountain bike camp for boys and girls who want to improve. We have a variety of programs spanning from beginner to expert, ages 6-15. Flow trials, pump tracks, and our designed skills area provide ideal environments for teaching and learning!

 

Furthermore, Kingdom Camps is committed to teaching skills that go beyond the trails. In addition to the time kids spend on their bikes learning how to balance, choose lines, and hop over logs, they'll also engage with key concepts in the areas of Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Sports Nutrition.

Kingdom Camps strives to improve riders' skills and confidence while having fun along the way! Our coaching methods follow proven PMBI* methods for skill acquisition and riding ability. Our sessions normally have 15 campers and work in smaller groups with similar abilities. Small athlete to coach ratios provide a safe, positive learning environment.

 

Our programming covers braking, riding position, trail awareness, turning, shifting and more. Some groups progress to maneuvers like bunny hops, jumps and manuals. We use the Kingdom Trails network for our lessons and start and finish at the East Burke School located in the village of East Burke.
