Pleasant Street Baptist Church

We are an Independent Fundamental Baptist church in St. Johnsbury VT. We believe in the teachings of the King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible, God's true word.

In our church, you'll find a warm, friendly atmosphere where we truly care about you and your soul. We offer wonderful singing before the sermon and a fellowship song, a time when you can meet the church members. At Pleasant Street Baptist Church, we want you to feel comfortable about learning from the word of God.

 

 

Our pastor and the man who started the church 20 years ago is Larry McElhenney. Pastor McElhenney has been preaching in our church since the beginning and we appreciate what he's done for us. Pastor McElhenney was a pastor in North Carolina but the call of God brought him north to Vermont 23 years ago this July.
