Dance Party

 Join us on Tuesdays from 8:15 - 9:00 AM for a session of free dancing. There's no instruction, just a space for you to dance, dance, dance to some of the greatest dance music EVER!

Feel the freedom of moving the body any way you like ~ it's a great way to start the day.

 

No cost, but donations are accepted and will go into a fund to support those in need for wellness classes at the studio.
