January Retreat 2026 - Awaken Your Dreams

 In 2025 Sweetwater Studios held it's first annual New Year's retreat called Winning at Life!

It was a huge success and we are ready to offer an even better opportunity in 2026!

The 2026 day long retreat will be held on Saturday January 3, 2026 from 9 AM - 5 PM and will focus on Energy work, which is the art of tuning into and consciously shifting the subtle currents that run through and around us. Whether through breath, movement, meditation, and other forms of moving energy, this work helps dissolve blocks, restore harmony, and amplify the frequencies of desire and gratitude.

The Retreat day will be followed with 7 related workshops throughout the

Reiki & Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

 Karen & Janice will return with their monthly Reiki & Restorative Yoga sessions beginning in November of 2025.

Each session is a relaxing and healing opportunity to treat yourself to a well deserved break. While Karen gets you into restorative poses and plays the crystal sound bowls, Janice provides healing reiki. Each session is limited to 6 participants.

Snow Angels Foundation, Ride Another Day Event

 Co-founders Chauncy and Kelli Johnson have snowboarded and skied most of their lives. They brought this passion into their marriage and subsequently with their children. On Christmas Eve, 2010 a snowboarder riding at approximately 50 mph collided with Kelli and daughter Elise (5 years old). The collision resulted in the death of Elise and the snowboarder. Kelli sustained life altering injuries including a severe Traumatic Brain Injury and other injuries that she lives with to this day. Chauncy continues to struggle with the aftermath of the events that day. In 2016, he partnered with the National Ski Areas Association to promote ski collision awareness [Collision Safety (nsaa.org)]. This partnership resulted in the Ride Another Day safety campaign which the Johnson’s have promoted nationwide. Snow Angel Foundation was formed in 2023 in order to increase safety education and awareness while promoting the benefits of skiing and snowboarding.

Needle Felting Class

Puzzle Challenge and Puzzle Swap

   We Challenge you to show off your puzzling skills! Eight teams of 3-4 people will be given the same 500 piece puzzle to assemble. First team done, wins! Supporting the Muscle of the Soul with Michelle Berry

 Back by request, this workshop returns so you can learn about the Psoas, “the muscle of the soul”. How it affects your physical and emotional body, affecting basic functions such as breathing and walking. Additionally, we will learn its effects on your emotional states, which in-turn cause strain on your sympathetic nervous system; causing symptoms of dysregulation, such as fatigue, weight gain and depression.

I will then guide you through a yogic practice to stretch and support the health of the Psoas, consequently creating a positive effect upon your entire being.
