Thai Massage for Couples
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

While the timing lines up with Valentine’s Day, this class is about education, wellness, and connection — learning practical, therapeutic touch you can safely use at home to help each other feel better.

What is Thai massage?
Thai massage is a fully clothed bodywork practice performed on a mat (not a massage table). It uses gentle to firm pressure to muscles (similar to shiatsu or trigger point work) combined with assisted stretching and movement.

It’s often called “the lazy person’s yoga” — because one partner helps move and stretch the other’s body in a supported, comfortable way.

In this hands-on, guided class you’ll learn:
• Safe Thai massage techniques you can actually use at home
• How to use breath, leverage, and body mechanics (not strength)
• Ways to reduce tension, stiffness, and everyday aches
• How to give touch that feels supportive rather than exhausting

No massage experience needed. No flexibility required. All bodies and couples welcome.

$175 per couple
Limited to 3–6 couples

Optional sauna & cold plunge after class — $25 per person

To reserve: Text or call 802-752-7990 with your name and email. You’ll receive a Square invoice to place a deposit and hold your spots.

Come learn something meaningful together.

Let Your Fascia Flow
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Let Your Fascia Flow is a 2-hour workshop led by KC Lyons and incorporates Self Myofascial Release techniques and Yoga to release tension, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.

What is fascia? Fascia is the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, organ, and nerve in your body. When this fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to discomfort, pain, headaches, and a limited range of motion.

In this workshop, I'll guide you through a blend of yoga and self-myofascial release techniques designed to release tension and promote better movement throughout your entire body. By targeting key areas of tight fascia, this class will help you reduce discomfort, alleviate pain, and increase your flexibility and range of motion.

This workshop is open to everyone, whether you're an athlete, someone with chronic tension, or someone simply looking to improve your overall well-being. No previous yoga experience is required—just bring your curiosity and willingness to try something new!

Supporting the Muscle of the Soul with Michelle Berry
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Back by request, this workshop returns so you can learn about the Psoas, “the muscle of the soul”. How it affects your physical and emotional body, affecting basic functions such as breathing and walking. Additionally, we will learn its effects on your emotional states, which in-turn cause strain on your sympathetic nervous system; causing symptoms of dysregulation, such as fatigue, weight gain and depression.

I will then guide you through a yogic practice to stretch and support the health of the Psoas, consequently creating a positive effect upon your entire being.
