Catamount Arts Bluegrass Night kicks off its 2026 season with the legendary southern New England band, Amy Gallatin & Stillwaters.
Hosted by the acclaimed father-daughter duo Bob & Sarah Amos, who recently had a #1 album and #1 song on the national Folk charts, the Bluegrass Night concert series features the best bluegrass and acoustic music acts in New England, and is held in the Alexander Twilight Theater, on the Vermont State University – Lyndon campus.
Powerhouse bluegrass vocalist and guitarist Amy Gallatin leads an all star New England band, featuring renowned resophonic guitarist Roger Williams, mandolinist extraordinaire JD Williams, and veteran bassist Bob Dick. These respected veterans of the New England music scene explore their mutual love of country standards, served up with an acoustic treatment in the bluegrass vein. The result is a toe-tapping blend of heartfelt vocals, soaring harmonies and red-hot picking, traditional yet modern and distinct.
As always, admission to Bluegrass Night is free, but donations will be gratefully received.
Location: Alexander Twilight Theater, Vermont State University – Lyndon, 1001 College Road, Lyndonville, VT
