Movement as Medicine

$20, Register online, Mental health is an important part of our daily lives, yet it is often left neglected. This series will focus on taking care of our mental health by moving our bodies through asana, (yoga postures), to connect with the mind and spirit. This class is for anyone who is looking to begin their self-care journey or add to their self-care repertoire. Meditation, movement, and writing are included in the class at times as well.
