Winter Solstice Celebration

Come together to honor the Autumn season and release whatever you need to in preparation to embrace the stillness of Winter.

Over this 3-hour celebration we will offer the opportunity for you to let go of something from the past that you no longer need, have a light meal of vegetarian soup or chili w/bread, participate in a guided meditation inviting you to prepare yourself to sit in stillness and listen to your heart’s wisdom. We will end with a restorative practice and sound bath before our closing activity. Take time for you as we honor this shortest day of the year and embrace the coming season.
