SOLO Wilderness First Aid & CPR

 $225 per person - tuition only
The two-day Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course is SOLO's most popular creating a solid foundation in the basics of backcountry medical care. Initially offered in 1975, this course was the first of its kind in the United States, and it is the curriculum upon which all other backcountry medicine courses are based. SOLO CPR certification is included as a part of all courses. This is a great course for mountain bikers, hikers, climbers, backpackers, backcountry skiers and other outdoor enthusiasts who venture out for day and weekend trips.

This series will focus on taking care of our mental health by moving our bodies through asana, (yoga postures), to connect with the mind and spirit. This class is for anyone who is looking to begin their self-care journey or add to their self-care repertoire. Meditation, movement, and writing are included in the class at times as well.
