Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Dolly Parton revolutionized country music and blazed a trail for future generations of female artists. With their chart-topping hits and record-breaking sales, Patsy, Loretta, and Dolly wove threads of contemporary womanhood throughout the tapestry of country music, resulting in unprecedented commercial success and earning each a place in the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Trailblazing Women of Country draws from this pivotal moment in our nation’s history, featuring soloists, Grammy-nominated Rissi Palmer and Nashville based singer, Kristina Train, supported by a 5-member all-female band. Cline, Lynn, and Parton harnessed country music’s rich storytelling tradition to offer their uniquely empowered—and unmistakably female—perspective on issues faced by women of their day. Their shared legacy of musical excellence, earthy glamour, and unapologetic authenticity continues to resonate with listeners of all ages and backgrounds in the 21st century.

Brìghde Chaimbeul
7:00 PM

 Admission: $30 all seats

Brìghde Chaimbeul is a leading purveyor of celtic experimentalism and a master of the Scottish smallpipes – the bellows-blown, mellower and more emotive cousin to the famous Highland bagpipes – and she’s taken them to the global stage. A native Gaelic speaker from the Isle of Skye, Brìghde roots her music in her language and culture. She rose to prominence as a prodigy of traditional music, but has since begun a journey to take the small pipes into uncharted territory. She has devised a completely unique way of arranging for pipe music that emphasises the rich textural drones of the instrument; the constancy of sound that creates a trance-like atmosphere, played with enticing virtuosic liquidity. She draws inspiration from the world of interconnected piping traditions, and her most recent album brings in influences from ambient, avant garde and electronic music. One can talk about Brìghde’s awards (BBC Young Folk Award; BBC Horizons Award; SAY Award nominee) and her wide array of collaborators (Caroline Polachek; Colin Stetson; Gruff Rhys; Aidan O’Rourke…) but after it all, her music speaks for itself.

Haunting, entrancing, breathtaking, beautiful – this open-eared, understatedly virtuosic performer is transforming and creating new definitions for Scottish folk in the 21st century.

IFS Informed Emotional Intelligence Workshop
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Looking to transition your mindset? To learn more about the way your emotions affect you and others? To improve your communication skills? Then this two workshop series is just what you need to improve your Emotional Intelligence (EI). The goal of emotional intelligence coaching is to enhance intrapersonal and
interpersonal communication. These workshops are for everyone, providing you with the tools to gain awareness of your own and others’ emotions, the reactions that may stem from them, why you have them, and how to formulate more productive responses.

Emotional intelligence (EI) has been defined as the ability to monitor one’s own and others’ feelings and emotions, to recognize their impact and to guide one’s thinking and actions to productively solve problems and regulate behavior (Salovey & Mayer, 1990).

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a practice that enables a person to hone these skills. The principles of IFS coincide nicely with the branches of EI. When people are aware of emotions, the reactions they elicit, and the subsequent anticipated behavior in others, this will enhance interpersonal communication and the ability to modulate their own actions and responses to elicit a productive and beneficial outcome in themselves and others in any given situation. ** All are invited to join!

Live Music: Glorious Leader
6:30 PM

Glorious Leader is the musical project of Vermont-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kyle Woolard. Writing and recording from his cabin in Glover, deep in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, Woolard creates songs that flow naturally from quiet acoustic narratives to lush, orchestral-rock arrangements and vibrant pop melodies. His music "builds a vivid, tactile world" and "[bristles] with creativity and courage," writes Seven Days. Richly textured yet immediately accessible, Glorious Leader’s songs balance familiarity and like-nothing-else originality, combining thoughtful introspection with a restless curiosity about humanity and the wider world. His live performances, described as "an absolute gem" (Rutland Herald), showcase Woolard’s compelling presence, honest storytelling, and memorable melodies. His releases include My Kingdom (2018), The Analog Cabin Mystery (2021), and How I Made my First Million (2024). He has played in over 20 countries and is recording an album on every continent! Don’t miss this one! Suggested donation range $5-$20.
